We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or book an appointment to see a doctor.


At the main surgery there are reserved car parking spaces for the disabled in the car park on the left hand side of the front entrance. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp leading to the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patients' toilet is provided near the front entrance.

At the Branch Surgery There is a car park adjacent to the surgery building in Bodenham. Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp leading to the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level as is a disabled patients' toilet.

If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.

Online Facilities

The Marches Surgery already offers patients the facility to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions using Patient Access. Patients registered for online access are now also able to view online, export and print any summary information from their records relating to medications,immunisations, allergies and adverse reactions. Other parts of the record may also be made available, following discussion with your GP. To register for Patient Access, please click here.

Please note that proof of ID (passport, driving license, birth certificate) and a signed terms and conditions document is required for each person wishing to use Patient Access.  A copy of the terms and conditions document can be accessed via the link below or can be obtained from reception. Patients are required to register in person at reception in order for login details for Patient Access to be issued.
